I started in 2002 at entradas.com, one of Spain's first digital cinema ticketing apps. From there I moved to Primeur (2006/2007), to SOA architecture at Trentisa, and became the go-to architect for IBM WebSphere MQ and Message Broker at Taisis. In 2009 I spent three months in Dublin working on information security at the now-defunct Allied Irish Bank. In 2010 I founded my first consultancy.

In 2015 I moved to the UK with TNT Express, and in 2016 I settled in Coventry to work with Severn Trent Water: real-time analytics that detect incidents on the water grid before they happen. Then came four years at Jelurida (Switzerland), EU H2020 projects, and conferences across the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore and Istanbul.

In 2023 I completed the Draper Hero Training program in Silicon Valley. Attended a generative-AI event at OpenAI and participated in an AI hackathon at Google. That was the inflection point. Today Funds Society recognises me as one of the most influential people in AI in Spain, but the part that matters is this: what I did with middleware for two decades, I now apply to AI agents operating inside the business.

The same technical judgment goes into asset allocation. The last AI and tech cycles have validated the personal investment calls I have been making. It is not a service line, it is consistency.

Outside work I race motorcycles. I have competed at national level in the supersport and superbike categories. Good architecture is half of the result; the other half is a closed corner with the throttle wide open.
