Starting the notebook. This won't be another blog of generic AI advice. It'll be decisions with names, dates, and context. What I learn building systems that run in production.

For twenty years I've worked inside other companies, integrating systems that never carried my name. Here I start writing with mine.
This won't be a blog of "7 reasons to adopt AI". It'll be concrete notes. The decision I made, why, what worked, what didn't.
What to expect
Short posts. Dated. With real examples when there's no NDA in the way. First person. Zero filler words like transform, unlock, leverage.
Three kinds of note:
- Client lessons. A case where I learned something non-obvious.
- Strategic decisions. Why I picked X over Y.
- Stances. What I think about an active debate in AI architecture, even if it stings.
Cadence
One a week when there's something to say. None when there isn't. I'm not going to write for the sake of writing. If I don't have material, I stay silent.
